Our commitment
In order to achieve our goals for a sustainable future, we have already implemented the following measures:
Environmental and energy management:
We use 100% green electricity.
Our environmental management system is certified in accordance with DIN ISO 14001.
We track our resource consumption annually and identify critical areas.
We operate a PV system with ~95 kWp on our headquarters.
We operate a system with ~100 kWp on the roof of the Held flagship store.
We are gradually converting our fleet to hybrid and electric vehicles.
We have installed seven charging stations for electric vehicles at our head office.
Conservation of resources:
We limit the allowances for subsequent deliveries and thus bundle deliveries.

We save paper by digitizing customer invoices.
We ship our items 95% climate-neutral through CO2 compensation.
We operate our own repair department for our products and thus ensure a long life cycle.
We only use environmentally friendly receipts.
We only use filling material made from recycled paper for parcels.
Cardboard boxes in good condition are given a second chance and are reused as long as they are still intact.
Animal welfare:
We only work with certified leather suppliers who can prove the origin and supply chain of the leather.
Sustainable employer:
We clean our buildings with environmentally friendly cleaning agents.
We offer our employees a job bike leasing scheme.
We transport our employees between the head office and the logistics center with our own company shuttle.
Partnerships / cooperations:
We participated in PATRON e.V. | Challenge Müllfreies Allgäu | Patron (patron-nature.org) and jointly undertook a waste collection campaign on 30.09.2024.
Social commitment:
We make donate to associations and aid organizations such as the Burgberg Music Band, Johanniter Unfall Hilfe e.V., the Bavarian Red Cross – Oberallgäu District Association and TSV Burgberg e.V.
