Wet feet? No, thanks! Thanks to motorcycle boots with climate membrane, the feet are well protected in all weather conditions. But not only against the external weather conditions, but also for longer or shorter marches the boots should be suitable.

The editors of TOURENFAHRER magazine therefore took it upon themselves to test eight short-shaft boots with membranes. With an extensive practical test, in which the test boots were about 4,000 KM on the road and a water bath, the boots were put through their paces. Criteria were, in addition to the wearing / walking comfort, the step feeling, the suitability for everyday use, the weight, the waterproofness and the fit.

We sent our Segrino GTX into the race and were awarded the TOURENFAHRER RECOMMENDATION. Our boot was able to achieve at least four out of five points in all areas and convince the testers.

Verdict: “The beautifully crafted “Segrino GTX” does its job safely and comfortably on the bike or on paved paths. On crisp off-road hikes, however, its too finely profiled sole causes problems. In terms of safety, suitability for everyday use and pedaling feel on the foot levers, there is little to criticize.”
